Jean recently moved into a lovely new holiday home on the popular Lancashire based Midwood Caravan Park. She spends a number of months in her caravan and wanted to enjoy technologies such as Netflix, Smart TV and the use of her laptop.
Whilst a traditional park Wi-Fi supply would not support her requirements, Jean was delighted to learn that Midwood had a wireless radio network across the park provided by Kencomp Internet and that park managers Jo & Mark could offer an installation of broadband to the holiday home all ready for when she moved in. This meant she could have a full residential service enabling her to enjoy all the luxuries in her caravan she required from the outset. Alongside her broadband she could also have her own telephone if she required.
Kencomp liaised directly with Jean to establish her data requirements and to ensure that she was on the correct monthly package. Jean was also pleased to learn that Kencomp were very flexible and she could upgrade or reduce her data package whenever she liked along with suspending her service for months when she was away from her holiday home, this meant that she would only be paying for what she actually used. If she had any questions Kencomp’s support team were on hand 7 days a week to assist her.
Jean is now fully set up with her internet as she wanted and can enjoy the benefits of being a Holiday Home owner.
