NCC Training Academy has put together a comprehensive programme that combines online and face-to-face learning to help provide employees with the confidence and relevant practical and academic skills to become a successful holiday park manager.

This qualification is made up of industry specific categories as well as leadership programmes including business and commercial acumen, coaching & mentoring, leading teams & individuals, influencing communications & personal effectiveness, managing change. Along with acts and licences relevant to park environments such as bribery, entertainment, alcohol, gaming, GDPR, consumer rights, equality, diversity and inclusion through to compliance topics mandatory to the working park. These topics cover the NCC Combined Purchase and Licence Agreement and will supply further understanding and increased knowledge of the NCC Holiday Home Ownership Code of Practice. With the misuse of holiday homes, a topical subject right now, this online module is highly valued as one of 12 individually priced courses (starting at £30) should you just want to take up small online courses without committing to a full qualification.

The full training programme takes 14 – 18 months to complete and costs £2970 per person (discounts available to NCC members) which is available to purchase in monthly interest-caravans_4.jpgfree payments. You can personalise your overall programme to only take up those modules relevant to your own park environment and just pay-as- you-go if this is your preference. We also accept your own company courses in place of our own, if we can match the skillsets. This way you do not have to re-train in a subject area where you already have an equivalent achievement.

All our courses are CPD Certified or endorsed by Awarding Bodies with the Park Management qualification equivalent to a higher-level degree status and benchmarked to ILM Level 6.
