Elite Dynamics, a leading provider of Microsoft Dynamics based technology solutions for the holiday parks and marinas industries, has announced the appointment of Andrew Blackie as Director of Account Management.
The newly created role reflects the company’s ongoing belief that technology should do more than run a business today. It should help move that business forward for years to come.
Rather than positioning itself as a software supplier, Elite Dynamics sees its role as a long-term technology partner, invested in the goals and growth of every operator it works with.
In his new position, Andrew will work exclusively alongside the company’s customer base, leading the account management team, who support customers day to day. His focus will be on helping operators achieve their business goals through technology built to grow with them.
The account management team works closely with the company’s support function, led by Nicola Campbell, Customer Service Director. Together, the two teams provide both responsive day to day support and senior, strategic partnership focused on long-term outcomes.
