Since Lawn Mowing Simulator’s initial release in August 2021 on Steam and Xbox Game Pass. Skyhook Games’ first IP has made its way onto multiple platforms, such as Xbox One, Xbox Series S|X, PlayStation 4 &5, Epic Games Store. More recently, Nintendo Switch and an all-new VR version of the game have arrived!
Lawn Mowing Simulator allows you to take control of your own lawn care business and complete contracts while making use of real-world licenced mowers from prestigious manufacturers; STIGA, TORO, SCAG & EGO. Skyhook Games has also released two DLC expansions for the game “Ancient Britain” and “Dino Safari”, the first opens up tranquil corners of the Great British countryside and allows you to get to work on taking care of long forgotten areas. Dino Safari provides you with the opportunity to take on a range of tasks, such as keeping the lawn of a raptor enclosure and much more!
Since release, Lawn Mowing Simulator has managed to engage the niche areas of the gaming community which is often referred to as “zen” or “cosy” gaming. This is due to the deeply soothing, engaging atmosphere created, players enjoy taking a break from more intense, high-energy games and jumping into a game which allows the user to kick back and enjoy mowing through scenic environments.
