The Return of a Legacy: The Cottingham Show Comes Home An industry trade show is back on after leading businesses got together to revive it. Manufacturers, including Beverley Leisure Homes, Omar, Pemberton Park & Leisure Homes, and Sunseeker Holiday Homes – have brought back the Cottingham Trade Show and rebranded it with a fresh new name and logo as the Hull & East Yorkshire Caravan Trade Show.
It is set to take place at Cottingham Parks Golf and Leisure Club from September 9 -11.
A spokesperson for the show said: “With the Harrogate Caravan Show cancelled, we knew the industry needed a platform to showcase the latest in holiday homes, lodges, and caravans. So, we’ve taken the initiative to create a new tradition right here in East Yorkshire.

“This will be a trade-only event, giving holiday park owners and industry professionals the perfect opportunity to explore the latest models, network with fellow experts, and see first-hand what our industry has to offer.
“For 44 years, Cottingham (specifically the Lawns at the University of Hull) was the beating heart of the UK’s caravan industry every September.
“Whether you were showcasing the latest innovations in holiday homes or hunting for the next big trend in lodge design, Cottingham was the place to be.
“Then in 2020, the show relocated to Harrogate. While the new venue was great, many of us felt that something had been left behind.
“This return is more than just a location change. It’s a nod to the rich heritage and deep roots the holiday home industry has in this part of the world.
“Cottingham, located on the edge of Beverley and Hull, has long been a hub for caravan and lodge manufacturing.
“Bringing the show back is a win for local businesses, the wider East Riding economy and everyone who remembers those chilly but cheerful September mornings with fondness!
“It’s a return to tradition, but with a fresh outlook: The Hull & East Yorkshire Caravan Trade.”
Other businesses confirmed to exhibit include: Love Holiday Homes Ltd, Delta Caravans Limited, Europa Caravans (UK) Ltd, Leisure Park Internet Solutions LTD (LPIS), Eurofit Systems Ltd, Neill & Brown Global Logistics and Eltherington Group Ltd.
Several of the manufacturers have announced the list of products they are displaying on their websites or LinkedIn.
A spokesperson for Beverley Leisure Homes said: “Whether you’re after something classic, cosy, contemporary, or high-spec, there’s something here for everyone. This is your chance to get up close with the quality and attention to detail that set our homes apart.
“Don’t miss the opportunity to speak to our team about bespoke as well. No two parks are the same, so why settle for a “one-size-fits-all” lodge? Our bespoke service means we can be flexible with the layout, finishes and features, and we’ll build it to our exacting standards!
“We’re super proud to be part of this trade show, its return to Cottingham is more than a location change. It’s a nod to the rich heritage and deep roots the holiday home industry has in this part of the world. Cottingham, located on the edge of Beverley and Hull, has long been a hub for caravan and lodge manufacturing.
“It’s a return to tradition, but with a fresh outlook.”
A spokesperson for Pemberton Park said: “This is more than just a product showcase – it’s an opportunity to build partnerships, gain insight, and prepare for the year ahead in leisure living.
We’re looking forward to welcoming both new and long-standing partners to our stand.”
