A brand-new development for eight new Lakeside Lodges has just been unveiled. This comes after Salop Leisure, who took ownership of Spring Lea Park in 2021 have invested over £3 million in the park, making it one of the finest five-star parks across Wales and Shropshire.
The new lakeside development will see the lodges located around a private Kingfisher Lake, set apart from the rest of the park – perfect for complete privacy and solitude.
Each lodge sleeps up to six and includes a bespoke balcony and pontoon, allowing direct lake access, a lounge, kitchen dining area and two bedrooms – extras include a Pinela Luxury Veranda and hot tub.
Currently two Lodges are for sale manufactured by Willerby and ABI

Sites fees for the season is £4,215 – (1st March – 1st January)
There are eight pitches in total, three of which have lodges positioned, ready for sale. A further five empty pitches are available for customers to choose a lodge from a selection at Salop Leisure, including three bedroom lodges.
Facilities include a premier fishery complex, renowned as one of Shropshire’s finest. Four well-stocked coarse and carp pools, complete with a beautiful backdrop of 12 acres of idyllic countryside, ensure the fishing experience is wonderful. Fish range from a hard-fighting carp weighing up to 33 lbs to a variety of coarse fish, including perch.
Ideal for families, an excellent children’s play area equipped with a variety of climbing frames, swings, slides, and more is an ideal place for children to while hours of fun time. Plus, Lake Kingfisher, offers a great opportunity for paddle boarding or kayaking.
